Our Therapeutic Laughter Coaching workshops and training courses follow our unique framework to gently guide people through a process of breathing, movement, laughter and deep relaxation to reduce stress, improve communications and provide organisations with a cost effective way of investing in the health and wellbeing of their people.

Our Natural Mindfulness guided walks are designed to get people outside and for some gentle exercise, fresh air, good company and the therapeutic benefits of just being in nature. Please do contact us to reserve your place as spaces are limited to ensure that good connections are made.

All workshops are available to everyone regardless of level of fitness or previous experience and no special clothing, equipment or venue is required.
