When not immersing himself in multicultural adventures or gallivanting off to distant lands, Sean can often be found laughing in his home town of Grimsby in North East Lincolnshire.
His dynamic and insightful workshops draw upon an array of experiences including Tai Chi, Bagua, Toltek, Shamanism, Tantra, Energy Work and Enlightenment intensives. His work experience ranges from Farm Hand to Washing Machine Repair Man, from Film Director to Circus Ring Master (non animal circus!).
With a passion for adventure his highlights include a solo trek of the Inca Trail without guides or porters and driving in a 1976 Volkswagon Beetle from Grimsby to Gambia (7 countries, 2 mountain ranges and 1 mine field!)
As a regular meditator, Sean says “Self development is vital to achieving lasting happiness and wellbeing. To regularly ask myself “Who am I?” and “Why am I here?” has really helped me to value my life and throw myself into all it has to offer. Life isn’t a rehearsal, this is it! We may as well dive in and enjoy the ride, even if it gets a bit bumpy on some days.”
Sean first tried Laughter Yoga at one of the many festivals he has attended. “It immediately struck me, what a powerful and effective practice this was. Laughter Yoga is easily accessible and has immediate positive effects. Everyone feels better after laughter and I knew straight away that it was something I had to learn and share with others.”
Sean met Tim and Wes at one of their many workshops. “I was impressed with their professionalism and underlying passion and drive to help others. It soon became apparent that we shared the same vision of effecting positive change through the power of laughter.”
Sean works within schools and other public bodies, holds regular community laughter sessions and is available for group and 1-2-1 coaching sessions.
